Day Two - The Slow Burn Begins.
Equipment Needed - Small Pilates Ball and 2 x Light Dumbbells.
Okay, now we’re getting into it. Day Two is where the muscles start talking, in the best way. Today’s flow is all about deep connection and cheeky little shakes. Don’t rush it. Let it burn, breathe through it, and remember slow and spicy wins this race. We even had a surprise guest pop in at the end. How cute is he! The people here are so amazing and it’s moments like this that make this challenge feel extra special.

PILATES INSPIRED – This is a Pilates inspired class focusing on a seamless mixture of shaping & toning exercises. This class incorporates different Pilates, barre & body weighted movements. This class is low impact focusing on all your stabilising muscles. Although the class is suitable for all levels & abilities, it is your responsibility to listen and care for your body.
