Day Three - Mind on the Mat.
Equipment Needed - 2 x Light Dumbbells or Wrist Weights.
By now, the body’s starting to catch on. The core is firing, the shakes are getting real, and maybe your brain is already trying to guess what’s next. Today is your gentle reminder, your only job is to stay with what’s right in front of you. One breath, one pulse, one hold at a time. That’s it. If your mind wandered today or you felt a little off, that’s totally okay. This space isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.

This class is low impact focusing on all your stabilising muscles. Although the class is suitable for all levels & abilities, it is your responsibility to listen and care for your body.
