Day Four - Hips Don’t Lie.

Equipment Needed - Medium Resistance Band, 2 x Light Dumbbells. 

Today we moved through the hips and let’s be honest, they always hold a little more than we expect. Whether you felt tight, open, emotional or just extra spicy, know that whatever came up is completely valid. For today please take a moment to share what kind of holiday packer are you? I am most certainly a chaos, type B packer.  I love you all x 

PILATES INSPIRED – This is a Pilates inspired class focusing on a seamless mixture of shaping & toning exercises. This class incorporates different Pilates, barre & body weighted movements. This class is low impact focusing on all your stabilising muscles. Although the class is suitable for all levels & abilities, it is your responsibility to listen and care for your body.
