You’ve made it to Day Five and I know by now the body might be feeling it. A little sore, a little slower, maybe even a little less motivated. But today’s class is the perfect mid week reset. No hand weights, no pressure. Just movement that supports your body, helps you stay consistent, and gives you a little space to breathe.

PILATES INSPIRED – This is a Pilates inspired class focusing on a seamless mixture of shaping & toning exercises. This class incorporates different Pilates, barre & body weighted movements. This class is low impact focusing on all your stabilising muscles. Although the class is suitable for all levels & abilities, it is your responsibility to listen and care for your body.
