You’ve officially completed a full week of showing up for yourself and your body. That alone is worth celebrating. Today’s class is all about grounding, stretching, and giving your body a little extra love. Think of it as your reward for everything you’ve poured in this week. Let this class be a reminder that rest is productive, softness is strength, and slowing down is still progress.
As we wrap up Week One, I want you to gently shift your focus from the mental to the physical. Take a moment to notice how your body feels after these last seven days. PILATES INSPIRED – This is a Pilates inspired class focusing on a seamless mixture of shaping & toning exercises. This class incorporates different Pilates, barre & body weighted movements. This class is low impact focusing on all your stabilising muscles. Although the class is suitable for all levels & abilities, it is your responsibility to listen and care for your body.
